Jetojmë në një botë ku gratë ende janë të nënpërfaqësuara në politikat elektorale, që do të thotë se duhet të luftojnë dy herë më shumë që zëri i tyre të dëgjohet.

Sipas United Nations Women, vetëm 22 përqint e parlamentarëve në botë janë gra. Deri në gushtin e vitit të kaluar, 21 gra kanë shëbyer në krye të shteteve apo qeverive të shteteve të tyre respektive, ndërsa në janar të vitit 2015, vetëm 17 përqind e posteve ministrore në qeveritë e botës, u takonin grave.

Sidoqoftë, kur bëhet fjalë për të drejtat e tyre, gratë janë atë, duke u siguruar që zëri t’iu dëgjohet.
