ARBK revokes the decision, Klan Kosova thanks embassies and media for support, institutions for correctness

Klan Kosova is pleased to announce that the process with the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo has been fully and lawfully concluded.

Today, the Kosovo Business Registration Agency (ARBK) has issued an official decision, informing that the authorized representative of Klan Kosova LLC has submitted the request for document completion, and as a result, ARBK has revoked its decision to suspend the business certificate.

On this occasion, the ARBK Directorate officially stated that “factual circumstances have changed,” which prompted the decision last week to suspend Klan Kosova’s business certificate, and now that decision has been revoked.

The current decision has been communicated by ARBK to the Independent Media Commission (IMC) and to Klan Kosova.

Klan Kosova has sent an official letter to the IMC, in order to inform them about the corrections made and the new decision of ARBK.

Klan Kosova expresses its gratitude to all those who were involved in ensuring that this administrative process proceeds in accordance with the law, including the accredited embassies of the Quint in Kosovo, international and local human rights organizations and institutions, media, journalists, and freedom of expression advocates, specifically all media and our journalist colleagues for their unwavering solidarity.

Furthermore, Klan Kosova would like to thank the state institutions, ARBK and IMC, for their correctness and professionalism in handling the case.
